Lyrics

Farewell, my Brother, now sweet be thy rest
Thou'st crossed the dark river and reached the shore
Now free from the pain that our strife did possess
The battle's wild din will greet thee no more

Farewell my dear brother, may light be thy guide
Now rest on that evergreen shore
To travel life's journey again by your side,
Is now but a dream, it can be no more

Farewell, my lost Brother, I rest by thy grave
I still feel thy spirit from far beyond
But yet I must stay here and try to be brave
Though the light of thy presence’s forever gone.

Farewell my dear brother, may light be thy guide
Now rest on that evergreen shore
To travel life's journey again by your side,
Is now but a dream, it can be no more

Farewell my dear brother, may light be thy guide
Now rest on that evergreen shore
To travel life's journey again by your side,
Is now but a dream, it can be no more
