All music and content on this site is created, performed and produced by Evergreen and is protected by copyright.

Digital purchases. Purchases of digital music are for personal listening only. You may download and keep your files, but you may not redistribute, resell or share them.

Licensing. Use of any music in videos, games, films or other media requires a separate license. Please get in touch via the contact page for licensing inquiries.

AI. No music, vocals or other content from this site may be used to train, fine-tune or develop AI or machine learning systems of any kind.

Refunds. Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases of digital downloads are final. If a file is faulty or you have any problem with your order, contact me and I will make it right.
